Term Definition

ANGULATE   Tabulate, as distinct from CONVEX; said of the whorl profile; formed with corners; angled. See also: BIANGULATE.
   

BIANGULATE   Having two angles. See also: ANGULATE.
   

PERIPHERY, ANGULATE   Having the outer whorl midway between CARINATE and ROUNDED.
   

SUBANGULATE   Weakly angled; OBTUSE.
